Your traffic follows the route that performs — now.
NRSA, our routing engine, scores every supplier on every prefix by a Total Quality Indicator computed from live traffic: answer-seizure ratio, network effectiveness, call duration and post-dial delay, weighed against the rate. The order is rewritten as the traffic changes.

How a route opens
A commercial agreement and a technical path. Both in writing.
What we agree before traffic
- Interconnect — IP addresses on both sides, codecs, concurrent-call capacity and what happens when it is exceeded.
- Rate sheet — destination, prefix, rate, increment and effective date. Destination restrictions and any revenue-share ranges to be addressed in the agreement.
- Test window — real traffic at low volume, both sides reading the same metrics.
- Capacity and credit — limits, review thresholds and actions agreed before traffic starts.
What we never do
- Send traffic sold as CLI down an NCLI path to widen a margin.
- Sell a destination we cannot reach to keep an A–Z sheet complete — a blocked destination is marked blocked.
- Apply rate changes outside the agreed notice and effective-date terms.
- Carry traffic we have reason to believe is fraudulent.
FAQ
Voice termination, in short.
What do we need to interconnect?+
A softswitch or session border controller, fixed IP addresses, the ability to send test traffic, and a signed interconnect agreement. For postpaid terms, the company information and supporting documents agreed during onboarding.
How are rate changes notified?+
By rate sheet, in writing, with the date each change applies. Notice periods and the treatment of increases and decreases are agreed for the interconnect.
How do we know a CLI route is really CLI?+
Each rate line says CLI or NCLI, and we measure it. A CLI route that stops delivering the calling number is treated as a failed route, not a cheaper one.
Which billing increments do you use?+
The increment is stated on every line — typically 1/1 or 60/60. They are different products and priced as such.
Do you provide numbers or origination?+
No. We terminate traffic. We do not sell DIDs, origination, virtual numbers or porting.
