Platform
Built in-house. Run end to end.
We engineered our routing, rating and billing tools in-house, connecting traffic measurements, commercial rates and invoice preparation.
The chain
Six stages. One set of figures.
- 01InstantRATERates in
Supplier rate sheets read from the mailbox, validated line by line, applied with their effective dates.
- 02NRSARouting
Every supplier on every prefix ranked by Total Quality Indicator, re-ranked as live traffic changes.
- 03Rate sheetsRates out
Customer rate sheets generated and sent automatically, per service and currency, every change dated.
- 04InstantCAREReal-time rating
Each call costed the moment it ends, at buy and sell rate. Credit followed both ways.
- 05BillingInvoicing & reconciliation
Invoices checked against an independent count before issue; supplier invoices reconciled.
- 06LedgerAccounting
Invoices posted, currencies converted at official rates, balances known on any day.
NRSA · Network Routeing Scheme Assignment
Routing decided by measured quality and cost, together.
For every destination and every supplier on it, NRSA computes a Total Quality Indicator from live traffic: answer-seizure ratio, network effectiveness from the release causes the network returns, call duration and post-dial delay, other parameters of the route's behaviour, and the rate of the destination.
Statistics are kept over six windows — one, two, four, twelve, twenty-four and ninety-six hours. Routes with enough traffic to measure are ranked on their own figures; the others use configured defaults until enough measurements are available. The ranking is written to the switch prefix by prefix, the most specific prefix first.

InstantRATE
Supplier rate sheets, read and checked before they touch routing.
Suppliers send A–Z rate sheets by email, in whatever shape they use — Excel, CSV, compressed. InstantRATE reads the mailbox, opens the file and checks every line before it reaches NRSA.
What passes becomes dated increases, decreases, additions and deletions. Validation findings are reported for review; handling depends on the file and the applicable import rules.
- Rate changesCompared with existing rates
- Import findingsReported for review
- Destination changesReviewed with the rate sheet
- File layoutParsed by supplier format
- Effective datesValidated
- Codes matched to destination tableMatched, the rest set aside
Rate notifications
Customer rate sheets that are generated, not remembered.
Customer rate sheets are produced and sent automatically: one file per service, CLI and NCLI, in the customer's currency, with every code, its rate, its effective date and whether it is an increase, a decrease, an addition or a deletion. Blocked destinations are shown as blocked.
Nobody has to remember to send a change — and nobody receives one without its date.
| Destination | Rate | Change | Effective |
|---|---|---|---|
| Destination A — Mobile | 0.0412 | Increase | Dated, in advance |
| Destination A — Fixed | 0.0098 | Decrease | Immediate |

| Destination C — Proper | 0.0310 | Addition | Dated |

InstantCARE
Every call costed the moment it ends.
InstantCARE takes each call from the switch as it completes and prices it twice — at the customer's rate and at the supplier's. Running totals per customer, per supplier and per destination are current to the last call, not to last night's batch.
The rated records provide a basis for customer, supplier and destination totals, and for comparison with billing. Exceptions need investigation before the figures can be accepted.

Credit and alerts
Exposure known in real time, in both directions.
Credit is followed on those live totals: what each customer owes against its limit, and what is committed with each supplier. Credit limits and traffic-handling arrangements are agreed for each interconnect.
Alert rules support operational review of rate, margin and credit exceptions.
Billing, reconciliation, accounting
From rated calls to invoice reconciliation.
Invoices are produced on the cycle agreed with each customer — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — and checked before they are issued: the rated traffic is compared with an independent count of the same calls. Comparison findings support the review of missing traffic, rates and invoice differences.
Supplier invoices go through the same comparison in the other direction; a difference becomes a dispute with the detail attached. Accounting integration and foreign-currency conversion are handled according to the applicable company and accounting rules.

What it means for you
A counterparty that knows its own position.
Rates you can rely on
The system that sends your rate sheet is the system that bills you.
Invoices that reconcile
Checked against an independent count before issue — or a precise explanation of why not.
Routes chosen on evidence
Ranked, and re-ranked, on measured quality and cost.
Balances on any day
Swaps and credit run on figures that are current, not reconstructed.

Tell us the destinations, the volumes and whether you buy, sell or want to swap. We will discuss rates and interconnect terms with you.
